So, what happens when three hapless RINOs let their ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’ (TDS) get the better of them?  Well, if you happen to be Mark Sanford, Joe Walsh and Bill Weld, you announce that, for the good of the Republican Party, and the country, you have now decided to issue primary challenges against President Trump in order to prevent him from further damaging the party they claim to love.  While they would like nothing more than for us to see them as being selfless public servants who are interested in nothing but what’s good for the country, just the opposite is true!

Sanford was governor of South Carolina from 2003 to 2011 and a member of the U.S. House from 1995 to 2001 and again from 2013 to 2019, Walsh was a member of the U.S. House from 2011 to 2013 and Weld was governor of Massachusetts from 1991 to 1997. All three are said to be seeking the Republican presidential nomination.  And it was yesterday that an Op-Ed crafted by these self-described ‘bedrock conservatives’ appeared in, of all publications, The Washington ‘Com’Post.  So these three sleazy characters have now joined in the plot to take down a duly elected president.

According to these three they are “running for the Republican nomination for president in a race that will inevitably highlight differences among us on matters of policy, style and background.”  And they claim to have been brought together “not by what divides us but by what unites us: a shared conviction that the United States needs a strong center-right party guided by basic values that are rooted in the best of the American spirit.”  No, what actually brought them together is their common hatred of the president and their desire to maintain the Washington status quo.

They say that “a president always defines his or her party.”  And they have arrived at the conclusion that the Republican Party, under President Trump, has taken a wrong turn and in so doing has “abandoned the bedrock principles of the GOP.”  An odd thing to be hearing from such committed RINOs.  And they also claim that “in the Trump era, personal responsibility, fiscal sanity and rule of law have been overtaken by a preference for alienating our allies while embracing terrorists and dictators, attacking the free press and pitting everyday Americans against one another.”

I guess I would ask all three of these clones where they were during the entire eight years of the Obama reign?  In hiding?  It becomes very obvious, very quickly, what is truly driving them in their effort here, and it is to ensure that it’s a Democrat, any Democrat, that wins the White House in 2020.  Because let’s face it none of these guys are actually running to win, because not one would have a snowball’s chance in Hell of actually winning.  Weld isn’t even a registered Republican and was a very liberal governor, Sanford ran around on his wife and Walsh appears to be closet racist.

And what they’re now all whining about is the fact that the Republican parties of four states, so far, Arizona, Kansas, Nevada and South Carolina, have decided that they simply aren’t going to play the game these three are trying to play and have, therefore, canceled their nominating contests, resulting in the incumbent being crowned the winner of these states’ primary delegates.  And of course, they claim, “there is little confusion about who has been pushing for this outcome.”  And if you said it’s the evil Donald Trump who they claim is behind this move, you’d be right.

They describe it as being nothing more than “an effort to eliminate any threats to the president’s political power in 2020.”  And, they ask, “What does this say about the Republican Party?”  They claim, “If a party stands for nothing but reelection, it indeed stands for nothing.”  And then, making clear their delusions of grandeur, they claim, that “each of us believes we can best lead the party.”  While I’m glad these fellas all have such a rather high opinion of themselves, not one of them strikes me as someone who, as president, would actually work to put America first.

And then they went on to whine, asking if Republicans “really want to be the party with a nominating process that more resembles Russia or China than our American tradition?”  And claimed, “Under this president, the meaning of truth has been challenged as never before.”  And they went on to ask, “Are we to leave it to the Democrats to make the case for principles and values that, a few years ago, every Republican would have agreed formed the foundations of our party?”  So the ‘values’ for which the Democrats are now making a case, were once Republican values?

And I thought it odd to hear from three RINOs about how it is that “millions of voters looking for a conservative alternative to the status quo deserve a chance to hear alternate ideas aired on the national stage.”  Odd because, I would argue, that while these three apparently all view themselves as being a better alternative to President Trump none of them have never before been the least bit interested in presenting an alternative to the status quo, conservative or otherwise.  And yet we’re just supposed to throw President Trump overboard and go with one of them?  Not gonna happen.

They wrote, “If we believe our party represents the best hope for the United States’ future, let us take our message to the public and prove we are right.”  I find myself wondering what more it would be that any one of these clowns could do that would do more to show that the Republican Party is the best hope for America than what President Trump has already done after having been in office for a little more than two and a half years.  And I would be curious to know just what it is that President Trump has managed to accomplish that they now stand so opposed to.

Might it be a booming economy courtesy of his reducing thousands of needless regulations and his working with congressional Republicans to reduce taxes?  Or is it the fact his policies have resulted in our lowest unemployment numbers, especially for minorities, in decades.  Or are they in favor of allowing our NATO ‘allies’ to continue to happily allow U.S. taxpayers to cover the cost of their defense.  Or maybe they’re perfectly content, as have been many RINOs before them, to allow China to continue to screw us over courtesy of very lopsided trade deals?  So what is it?

Anyway, they went on to whine, arguing, “The saying ‘may the best man win’ is a quintessential value that the Republican Party must honor if we are to command the respect of the American people.”  They wrote, “Cowards run from fights. Warriors stand and fight for what they believe. The United States respects warriors. Only the weak fear competition.”  In 2016 Republican voters selected from a field of 16 candidates from which to select who they saw as being best for the job of president.  They chose Donald Trump because he was willing to fight for what THEY believed.

RINOs 23

I’m really getting tired of all these RINOs who seem to repeatedly side with the Democrats in their effort to prevent our duly elected president from carrying out the duties of his office and to make good on the promises he made that got him elected.  If they are going to continue to ally themselves with the likes of Chuckie Schumer, ‘Little Dick’ Durbin and Nancy Pelosi, then why are we wasting our time even voting for them?  And lead by the well-known spineless squish Mitch McConnell, there are now said to be at least seven RINOs in the Senate ready to stand in opposition to President Trump’s having now declared a Nation Emergency at our southern border.

One of those seven we have RINO Susan Collins from Maine and apparently another is RINO Lamar Alexander from Tennessee.  And it was during a speech from the Senate floor on Thursday, that Alexander stated that he does not support President Trump’s emergency declaration.  He said, “I support what the president wants to do on border security, but I do not support the way he has been advised to do it. It is unnecessary and unwise to turn a border crisis into a constitutional crisis about separation of powers when the president already has Congressional funding authority to build the 234 miles of border wall that he requested in his January 6 letter to the Senate.”

RINO Alexander then went on to add, “Mr. President, there has never been an instance where a president of the United States has asked for funding, Congress has refused it, and the president has then used the national emergency act to justify spending the money anyway. If President Trump can build a wall when Congress has refused to provide the funding, then the next president can declare a national emergency and tear the wall down, or declare climate change an emergency and stop oil exports and offshore drilling. There is no limit to the imagination of what the next left-wing president could do to harm our country with this precedent.”

And from there Alexander continued, “After an American Revolution against a king, our founders chose not to create a chief executive who could tax the people and spend their money any way he chose. The Constitution gave that responsibility exclusively to a Congress elected by the people, and every one of us United States senators has taken an oath to support that Constitution. Separation of powers is a crucial constitutional imperative that goes to the very heart of our freedom.”  Alexander then proceeded to quote the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia about the importance of the separation of powers in protecting freedom.

But Alexander seems to have forgotten that it was Congress who gave this power to the president, though it is still limited to the powers and authority as stated in the Constitution, which means any threat that a Democrat president would be able to declare an emergency on ‘climate change’ or regarding the Second Amendment, is not ‘legally’ possible.  And now it seems that certain members of Congress, Democrats and RINOs alike, wish to be more than a little selective when it comes to the ‘allowing’ of a president to take advantage of the power that they themselves relinquished to whomever it happens to be in the White House at any given time.

But why is it that only Democrat presidents are allowed to push the envelope on presidential power?  Was Barry ‘O’s DACA any less of an overreach than President Trump’s wall?  At least in President Trump’s case, there is absolutely zero argument that this action will harm the country.  It is only a debate over authority. In Barry’s case, it is both a debate about authority, and about the impact of the action, which it can be easily argued was against the best interest of this country. Did you also speak out against Barry’s DACA, Mr. Alexander? Somehow I seriously doubt it, which would only serve to call into question your motivation for the taking of your current stand.

The question of whether or not President Trump has this authority should not be left to a bunch of career political hacks determined to undermine his presidency, like this boob, Alexander or that bimbo Collins.  Many constitutional scholars believe that he is well within his rights to do this.  And this is based on a very narrow interpretation of a president’s right to defend our borders.  If allowed, this action does not expand the power of the president in any way, it merely applies it in a way that has, prior to modern times, not been necessary.  And it would not have been necessary at all had these same career political hacks done the job that they were ALL elected to do!!

rinos 24

I’m sure we all remember quite well how it was that then-candidate Trump said if elected he would be going to Washington with the intent of “draining ‘The Swamp.’” Well, as we know he was elected and after being in office now for over two years, if anything we’re seeing that ‘The Swamp’ is proving to be more than just a little difficult to drain and on more than one occasion has been more than resilient.  And there have been reasons for that, not the least of which is what, I think, can be referred to a rogues’ gallery, of a sort, comprised of those we call…RINOs.

And it has been yet again, in his effort to build ‘The Wall’, that these RINOs have once again joined hands with their Democrat colleagues in holding the American people hostage by choosing to continue with a partial shutdown of the government that was brought about ONLY because of President Trump’s desire to make good on a promise he made to the American people when running for president.  The president is asking for no more, actually it’s much less, than many of those now blocking ‘The Wall’ have actually voted FOR in the past regarding the constructing of an actual wall.

This time around we had six RINO players involved in thwarting the president and who voted for a spending bill that does not contain the president’s increased border wall funding request.  And while there was a new face among them, this cast of characters should come as no surprise.  The six RINOs who chose to stab the people in the back and side with the Democrats were: Mitt Romney (UT), Lamar Alexander (TN), Susan Collins (ME), Cory Gardner (CO), Johnny Isakson (GA) and Lisa Murkowksi (AK).Romney is showing his stripes early and neither Collins nor Murkowski is a surprise.

The Senate failed to pass two separate spending bills that would end the historically long government shutdown. First, the Senate failed to pass President Trump’s “compromise” spending bill that contained $5.7 billion in border wall funding in exchange for a three-year extension of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program for illegal aliens. The Senate also failed to pass a clean continuing resolution (CR) that would fund the government through February 8 but did not contain any increased funding for the border wall.

Romney infamously released an op-ed in the Washington Post in which he attacked the president’s character and America First policies. Despite Romney’s many spats with the president, Romney said in an interview with the Communist News Network (CNN) that he will “be with Republicans” on the government shutdown.  But as we are now finding out that was simply one more on what has become a very long list of Romney’s lies.   And it was ahead of the vote that Collins had said, “The shutdown is so extraordinarily unfair.” And she added, “I’ll vote yes and yes” on both bills.

But Collins has a history when it comes to bucking this president, as well as her party. In the past it was she and fellow RINOS Murkowski and John ‘The Maverick’ McCain who tanked the Obamacare repeal twice.  Murkowski also voted against confirming Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court despite historic Democrat opposition to his confirmation.  Gardner said that voting to re-open the government was the right thing to do.  And Alexander contended in a statement after the votes that neither party should use a government shutdown as a bargaining chip.

The president should simply move ahead, declare an emergency, because it really is, and be done with it.  Then get to work constructing ‘The Wall’, begin the deportation procedures, rev up ICE to find as many as possible and deport them. Also, we need to start going after those businesses who knowingly hire illegals, they aren’t Republican donors anyway, and deport the illegals and levy serious fines against those who insist upon hiring these people.  When Democrats and RINOs squeal, which they will, the president can say, “I gave you a chance to fix this, but you wouldn’t, so I fixed it.”

When it comes to the building of ‘The Wall’ and the efforts of ‘The Swamp’ to prevent it from becoming a reality, President Trump needs to kick their collective ass until their noses bleed.  Let’s face it, Collins is a fraud, Murkowksi is a liar, Gardner is a coward, Alexander a loser, Romney is arrogant and Isakson is ignorant!  All are essentially nothing more than enemies of the country and that makes them enemies of the people as well. They are all the usual suspect, and all worship big government! And like Democrats, they have ever met a government program they didn’t like.

I have become extremely frustrated with many of those in the Republican Party.  But that said, I’m yet to the point of those who advocate abandoning the party in favor of starting something new.  I would argue that we do NOT need some third party that would accomplish nothing more than to split the vote, for generations, and would virtually guarantee the Democrats would remain in power for as far as the eye can see into the future.  We need to transform the Republican Party and we do this by taking our seriously as voters, choosing more wisely people for important political positions.

I must admit that I am beginning to worry about the president’s willingness to hang tough against the likes of Schumer, Pelosi and their RINO friends.  He must realize that there will always be some level of collateral damage in the short term, but it’s the long term that must be the focus in his continuing effort to secure our southern border.  The ‘fake news’ will no doubt continue to echo all manner of report, or poll, about how ineffective ‘The Wall’ would be in controlling the influx of drugs of those seeking illegal entry into this country, or how it does nothing regarding those already here.

So now we have at least the appearance of once again caving to the Democrats, with zero progress being made toward construction of the much needed wall.  And I’m beginning to question the president’s willingness to stick to his guns when it comes to the one campaign promise that caused people to vote for him.  Of course it doesn’t help that he has so many from within his own party who would rather side with the enemy than with the president who was elected by the very same voters who elected them.  It’s now crunch time Mr. President.  BUILD THE DAMN WALL!!!

No sooner do we lose one RINO in the Senate than damned if we don’t gain another.  And so it would seem that the harder we try, the behinder we seem to get. And now for the next six years we will now have to deal with conservative turncoat, failed presidential candidate and now U.S. Senator, Mitt Romney.  As you may have heard Romney recently took to the op-ed page of the Washington Post, not to tell us how he intends to work with the president to the benefit of the American people, but to do nothing more than to slam President Trump.  His little rant was entitled: “The president shapes the public character of the nation. Trump’s character falls short.”

The hypocritical Mr. Romney began his pathetic screed saying, “The Trump presidency made a deep descent in December.”  He acknowledged his opposition to Trump in the 2016 presidential election, actually claiming that he had early hope for Trump’s presidency, then lamented that “on balance, his conduct over the past two years, particularly his actions this month, is evidence that the president has not risen to the mantle of the office.”  I did think it odd that we would have a man who possesses so very little character himself actually seeing it as appropriate to criticize that of another.   But then knowing the man as we all do, we shouldn’t be surprised.

Romney did acknowledge the fact that President Trump had enacted “policies mainstream Republicans have promoted for years.” He praised aligning “U.S. corporate taxes with those of global competitors,” deregulation, cracking down on China’s “unfair” trade practices, criminal justice reform, and appointments of conservative judges.  But it was in pretty short order that he then went on to assail Trump’s character: “With the nation so divided, resentful and angry, presidential leadership in qualities of character is indispensable. And it is in this province where the incumbent’s shortfall has been most glaring.”

And it was in moving on to American economic and military leadership in the world, and apparently citing supposed polling data, that Romney said, “Trump’s words and actions have caused dismay around the world.” And it was also according to Romney that, “To reassume our leadership in world politics, we must repair failings in our politics at home.”  And he went on to say, “That project begins, of course, with the highest office once again acting to inspire and unite us. It includes political parties promoting policies that strengthen us rather than promote tribalism by exploiting fear and resentment.”  I’m ashamed to admit that I ever voted for this scumbag.

Romney called for “setting a course to a balanced budget” and linking arms with other nations. He suggested, as the U.K. moves to leave the European Union, “We want a unified and strong Europe, not a disintegrating union. We want stable relationships with the nations of Asia that strengthen our mutual security and prosperity.”  The failed 2012 Republican presidential nominee relentlessly lambasted Trump during the 2016 presidential election. Yet when the 2018 midterm elections came and Romney made his way to Utah to run for the U.S. Senate, President Trump chose to endorse him and Romney chose to accept.  Why would he do that?

Also in his op-ed Romney stated he looked forward to working with fellow RINO Mitch McConnell, but warned that when it comes to the president, “I will speak out against significant statements or actions that are divisive, racist, sexist, anti-immigrant, dishonest or destructive to democratic institutions.”  He said, “I do not intend to comment on every tweet or fault. But I will speak out against significant statements or actions that are divisive, racist, sexist, anti-immigrant, dishonest or destructive to democratic institutions.”  In going to this extreme Romney, again, only served to further his reputation as being someone to whom very little respect is owed.

After all, in Romney we have someone who’s just another run-of-the-mill gutless wonder.  He chose to run in a safe Utah seat rather than in Massachusetts, where he had once been governor, and might actually have helped Republicans by taking on a Democrat presidential contender.  And as I mentioned earlier he’s a guy who sought, and then accepted, President Trump’s endorsement for Senate in 2018.  Romney has a rather long history of being little more than a backstabber, especially when it comes to President Trump.  I can’t help but wonder if it might be a case of envy more than anything else. Perhaps if he had been a bit like Trump in 2012 he might have won.

‘Romney the RINO’ is a dinosaur, and as such he’s not what we need.  He’s spineless and has an over-inflated sense of importance.  Add to that he’s a weakling who can be easily persuaded by money and power.  It has been on any number of occasions that he has revealed himself to be disloyal to those who choose to support him. And it is to this day that I believe he could have easily have won in 2012 but instead chose to simply roll over by refusing to challenge that fat cow of an inquisitor in the second debate who was so obviously in the tank for Barry. He very clearly had the upper hand up to that point, which is the main reason I’ve ALWAYS believed he threw the race.

Romney made his millions not through innovation, the building of great structures, or even by starting new companies.  Instead he made his fortune by outsourcing jobs and simply shutting down businesses that dared to disagree with his “business model”.  Romney never started an enterprise nor did he create jobs. President Trump’s accomplishments can be seen all over New York and around the world.  Romney destroyed communities by shutting down industries. Trump’s investments resulted in the rebirth of once blighted areas.  That said, Romney is precisely the type of ‘elitist globalist parasite’ that we already have far too many of serving in government.

Character is something that is measured in loyalty. And while Romney is completely devoid of that specific trait, President Trump has it in spades, perhaps even to a fault. America needs a hero, however flawed he may be. It’s far better than subjugation at the hands socialist thugs. RINOs like Romney either don’t understand, of refuse to recognize what we’re dealing with here.  Republicans who behave like Romney are exactly why Democrats continue to win elections. Many conservatives no longer trust the Republicans because, while they aren’t actively insane like the Democrats, they have earned their reputation for double-crossing their constituents.

Romney could have written about the goals he wished to accomplish in the Senate and his alignment with Trump’s national priorities. Unity over division in times of crisis, Romney is the Summer Soldier!  Romney will be little more than an obscure footnote in the history of this great country. He has no accomplishments and he is a carpet-bagging RINO.  I find bizarre how RINO’s continue to attack a member of their own party, yet, we hear nary a peep about those in the Democrat Party whose goal remains the destruction of this country’s, our way of life, the elimination of our freedoms, and their embrace of socialist policies that have never EVER worked.

Those interested in documenting an accurate history of our country will not be fooled by the hateful noise from a dishonest press that ignores the great many successes of President Trump, including the best economy in most of our lifetimes, or that tries to parlay normal events, such as the removing of a small amount of troops in a measured way or rewriting trade deals, as though they are the end of the world. Every day the propaganda arm of ‘The Swamp’ continues to generate that which is little more than ‘fake news’ by way of manufactured ‘crisis’, and trying to make it stick, until the next day when the next new manufactured crisis is presented as news.

Trump will absolutely be measured by his policy successes or failures, although historians will chuckle at and vividly recount his bold colors, just as they do the same for very other colorful president for whom they have no personal bias for or against.  Not only does Trump have to overcome a corrupt Democrat Party and a ‘fake news’ media, he must also contend with those in the Republican Party who have long called ‘The Swamp’ home. You would think that there would be an overwhelming number of those in the Republican Party standing firmly behind the president as he continues to actually make good on many of the promises that got him elected in the first place.

President Trump is working on behalf of the American people, something that very few politicians rarely do.  Most politicians are little more appeasing bundlers, working to get reelected, subservient to a globalist agenda, preening for the history books, looking to be serviced under their desk or prepping for their next job. President Trump is the first president since Ronald Reagan that has focused on delivering on his campaign promises. Which by the way, is a conservative agenda.  Now I know that he has yet to deliver on ‘The Wall’ but I would argue that that has less to do with the president than with those of his own party.  You know, those just like Romney.

It is once again that those of us trying so desperately to prevent our country from being taken over by the dark forces of the left may now be faced with a scenario that very few of us likely saw coming.  That being, unfortunately, the fact that our Republican leaders in Congress no longer wish to have our party in control of Congress.  It’s beginning to look as if they actually prefer being the minority party if for no other reason than because governing is simply too hard.  Now while I’d like to say this isn’t true, all of the evidence would seem to say that it is.

So now, once again, in order to prevent the Democrats from seizing control, we the voters may be forced into taking matters into our own hands.  But with that said, we seem to have very few options.  We can choose to vote for those who many of us, as conservatives, long ago lost confidence, and the trust in, however distasteful that may be, or we work to gather together suitable primary candidates who would be willing to challenge those who are nothing more the Democrats in Republican clothing.  If we choose to go the primary route, we need to hurry.

Or we do nothing.  We simply roll over and allow what has become a radically leftwing Democrat Party assume complete control of Congress.  And it should be obvious what happens from there.  The primary focus of this new Democrat majority would be one thing and one thing only.  And that would, of course, be the impeachment of our duly elected president, Donald Trump.  In other words, we would be allowing ‘The Swamp’ to simply rewrite history and make it appear as if the 2016 election never even happened. Is that what we REALLY want?

And then we have that soon to be ex-senator Jeff Flake, who just last week told a New Hampshire audience that maybe the Republican Party does not deserve to lead.  But Flake doesn’t seem to be the only one to hold that opinion.  Republican ‘leaders’, and I use the term loosely, including Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, have frequently lectured Republican President Donald Trump on his words and actions.  And now we have word that Ryan is set to pass the second largest spending bill in U.S. history, one that is second only to Barry’s Trillion dollar stimulus debacle.

This ‘Ryan budget’ funds all of the Democrat priorities but leaves out any funding the Trump border wall.  The bill will also funnel billions of dollars to Obamacare markets. Is this what Republicans who are interested in maintaining their majorities would do? This feckless, gutless bunch of RINO’s are apparently tired of being in charge.  As the minority, they can campaign as conservatives without ever having to deliver. As the majority, they’re expected to deliver, but WON’T, because they’re NOT really conservatives and are really no different than the Democrats.

And I’m thinking that losing in November has now become the Republican plan.  They want the Democrats to regain control so ‘they’ can then begin work on impeaching President Trump. That way they can get rid of Trump without leaving any fingerprints behind.  It’s a win/win for them.  Democrats impeach Trump and stop all of the committee investigations into ‘The Swamp.’  And once Trump is gone next they’ll be coming for our guns and erasing our tax cuts.  In other words, the returning of things back to the way they were before President Trump.

And it seems to become a little more obvious with each passing day that the Republicans are less and less interested in remaining the majority.  And we all know that once the Democrats return to power it will be in very short order that they get back to their agenda of destroying this country just as quickly, and as completely, as they can. Republicans will never again have the opportunity to be in control of any branch of government.  But then I don’t suppose it really matters, because they give the Democrats everything they want anyway.

Republicans have done nothing that indicates they want to win.  Despite record tax revenue, falling crime rates, rising stock markets and myriad other signs of successes, they always come back to how “President Trump is mean.”  So like I said, it’s going to be up to those who genuinely love this country if we are going to have any hope of keeping control of both the House and Senate.  And if we succeed then we must DEMAND new leadership with zero RINO’s at the helm.  Either we work to ‘Make American Great Again’, or allow the Democrats to destroy it.

I’m confident that most Republicans realize that McConnell and Ryan are traitors, it’s just the folks back home who seem to be a bit myopic in that regard.  Neither of these guys have any intention of trying to hold onto the House or the Senate, because they are not loyal to any party, nor to the Constitution. Their gravy train was nearly derailed by President Trump, and they want to get it moving again.  And while they can’t impeach him, what they can do is to allow the Democrats to take control of Congress so THEY can then impeach President Trump.

And so it would seem that election becomes all the more the consequential than the one before regarding the country we love.  And it’s not just the Democrat Party that we are now being forced to contend with, but it also seems to be a growing number of those in the Republican Party.  And while the effort to safeguard our country from the forces of darkness may seem overwhelming at times and more than a little daunting, we should never allow ourselves to even consider the possibility of defeat.  If anything, we should now be more determined than ever.

Romney 2

Well it’s official, another fossil in Congress is finally calling it quits.  This time it’s Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch who announced in a video message on Tuesday that he will finally retire at the end of his current term — after serving four decades in the U.S. Senate.  First of all just let me say that there is no reason on God’s green Earth why anyone should be permitted to remain in Congress for 40 years, or should not be gone long before they reach the ripe old age of 83 years old.

Anyway, Hatch announced that there comes a time for each good fighter to hang up the gloves. “For me, that time is soon approaching.”  He went on to say, “After much prayer and discussion with family and friends, I’ve decided to retire at the end of this term.”  He said he will miss serving in the Senate but looks forward to time with family, especially his wife Elaine.  Hatch added, “I may be leaving the Senate, but the next chapter in my public service is just beginning.”

And who is it that’s said to be at least considering a run for Hatch’s seat, well none other than ex-Massachusetts governor, and failed 2012 Republican presidential nominee, Mitt Romney.  I find it pretty rather hard to believe that in the entire state of Utah no one can be found who would better suited to represent the people of Utah than Mitt Romney.  So Utah now needs to import this loser from Massachusetts or what, exactly, a Democrat will win the seat?

As far as I’m concerned a vote for Romney is little more than a vote for those of the ‘resistance’.  In case you forgot this is the guy who gave us Barry ‘O’ for another four years.  He folded like a cheap suit in the debates after having Barry on the ropes in the first round, without even trying.  And then in the next round instead of coming out swinging he simply took a dive.  And to be honest, to this day that I don’t think that he really even wanted to win, he just wanted to run.

And let’s face it, what is it that Romney has ever actually accomplished other than to run for public office. He just keeps running for office while always being on the prowl for some cushy political appointment.  And Honestly, do we really want, or need, another John McCain who’s only purpose in life seems to be to take advantage of every opportunity that might present itself, no matter how trivial, to thwart President Trump ?  We need a MAGA advocate, not another RINO wannabe.

And as long as we’re being honest here, I think it’s pretty easy to see that Romney is little more than a self-serving, arrogant, elitist.  His desire to serve the public interest is as phony as a three dollar bill.  He serves only himself and his own rather sizable ego.  He opposes those of us who proudly wear the moniker of ‘Deplorable’ because we’re simply not sophisticated enough to understand the nuances involved when it comes to being part of the global community.

So at the end of the day, what we may very well end up with here is having a guy who was born in Michigan, was the governor of a very liberal state, and who doesn’t actually live in Utah becoming the next Senator from Utah.  How nutty is that?  I mean, what the heck is the difference between Romney and that well-known New York carpet-bagging liberal named Hitlery?  Not much apparently, as they have far more things in common than there are differences between them.

RINOs 05

What is it about our current cadre of congressional RINOs that has them so afraid of one guy down in Alabama?  Because even as the accusations being made against Judge Moore continue to unravel, it would seem that the number of RINOs who have become increasingly fearful of a Moore victory, and therefore more determined than ever in their effort to convince the Judge that he needs to step aside not only for the good of the party, but the good of the country, continues to grow.  And yet, we hear nary a word about the Democrat of whom we have pictures while groping a sleeping female.  Our RINOs seem to have no problem with the true perverts among them.

And again just this past weekend it was RINO John Thune, Senator from South Dakota, appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” who said he would like to see President Trump ask Alabama GOP Senate hopeful Roy Moore to step aside.  Thune said, “I would like to see the president come out and support what many of us have said and that is that Roy Moore needs to step aside, allow somebody else to be write in candidate. We can win that seat.”  He continued, “If Roy Moore wins and he comes into the Senate in January there will immediately be an ethics investigation which is going to be a cloud that he will be operating in. It’s going to be a distraction to us and our agenda.”

Meanwhile, also on Sunday, it was during an appearance on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” that Thune’s fellow RINO, and a guy who’s just as much of a Moore opponent as is Thune, Sen. Rob Portman, from Ohio, said it “would be better for the country” if Alabama GOP Senate hopeful Roy Moore stepped aside.  Better for the country?  And it was the host of this ‘fake news’ show, the esteemed bonehead Chuck Todd, who proceeded to ask Portman, “Do you agree with the president that it is better if Alabamians elect someone accused of being a child molester over a democratic simply due to ideology?”  Nope, no bias here, let’s just move along to the lynching.

Portman responded, “Well, I stand with what I said earlier which is I think it would be best if he stepped aside. I think the president said that initially. I think that would be better for the country. The election is in a few weeks and there is a possibility for folks to do write in candidates. We will see. I think it would be best if he stepped aside.”  Todd asked, “If you were a voter in Alabama what would you do? Jeff Flake said he would vote Democrat if Roy Moore was the only other option?  And Portman agreed with his fellow RINO soon to be ex-Senator Jeff Flake, saying, “I would probably vote for a Republican but it wouldn’t be Roy Moore.”

And it was then that Todd went on to ask, “You would cast that vote knowing it probably throws the election, the more Republicans that split their vote. You are okay if a Democrat gets elected as long as it is not Roy Moore?”  And Portman said, “As you know I endorsed Luther Strange. He is my colleague now. I never endorsed Roy Moore. When the allegations came out I did say as the women went on the record I thought there was a lot of credibility in what they were saying and I didn’t find the response very credible. And that’s how I came up with my position.”  I smell fear coming from the RINO’s because they know ‘Senator’ Moore represents a serious threat to them.

Yet rumor now has it that this next election will result in what is already being described by some as a tidal wave of Democrat gains.  And if that truly does turn out to be the case, then I can only assume that the American voter is a dumber breed than even I thought.  What the game plan should be, and what it truly needs to be, is to make 2018 the year when we finally make RINOs extinct.  And certainly not by electing Democrats!  Our primary focus needs to be on wiping out Rinosaurs like Corker, Flake, and any other who doesn’t want to be embarrassed by getting defeated in a primary.  We MUST NEVER again elect another RINO or Democrat to higher office!

Because when you vote for a RINO you might as well be voting for a Democrat.  And that’s exactly why we need to primary every single RINO we can.  We need to gut the McConnell forces that seek nothing more than to drag our country to the left, albeit at a slower pace than the Democrats.  The sooner all of the McConnell supporters are voted out, the sooner we can get a real leader in charge, one whose priorities match up much better with the priorities of the American people.  Every RINO, regardless of whether they are in the House or the Senate, needs to be targeted for defeat until we are finally able to make sure that the entire species is made to be forever extinct.

Do nothing professional politicians in the Republican Senate like Thune and Portman are fearful that a man of principle, like Judge Moore, might be crashing into their exclusive little club.  The wretched RINOs squandered landslide Republican victories with their timid hearts and lack of spine.  Thune, McConnell, and the untrustworthy establishment have done great damage to America.  What’s always amazing is that once these tools as elected they immediately become experts. You name it and they’re an expert and they always know better about how you should think.  I wish they would all have a shelf life of one term and then automatically become extinct.

Democrats always love to put forward the claim that they are guardians of middle class Americans and yet the only ones they seem to go out of their way for are those who wish to come to this country illegally and once here seek to stay here, or those who can’t decide what gender they want to be.  When you vote Democrat you vote for the end of our Constitution.  But no big deal, right?  It only happens to be the one document that separates America from every other country on the planet in that it actually guarantees to us those certain unalienable Rights endowed upon us by our Creator.  Something never before achieved throughout the history of mankind.

And now we’re hearing about what I can only assume is yet another last ditch attempt to sabotage Judge Moore and to hand the Alabama election to ultra-liberal, Doug Jones.  And it comes to us in the person of retired Marine Col. Lee Busby, who told The Daily Beast, “I just don’t believe that either one of them are qualified to be in the U.S. Senate.”  He cites the sexual allegations against Moore as having “created enough distaste in my mind” to rule out support for the Republican nominee.  And he lists Democrat candidate Jones’ extreme abortion positions as disqualifying for Alabama voters.  Yet oddly enough, he does admit to attending a fundraiser for Jones.

Apparently, since retiring, Busby has been the CEO of his own business and worked as a defense consultant and investment banker.  And besides attending a Jones fundraiser, he also voted for Ohio governor, and vocal NeverTrumper, John Kasich in 2016.  If there is one thing that’s 100% guaranteed in this scenario, it’s that McConnell is behind the Colonel’s entering the race.  The RINOs depend on Moore’s not being elected, and McConnell will do whatever is necessary, including the election of a Democrat, to make certain that Moore loses.  And all I can say is that if you are an Alabama voter, please don’t fall for this crap!  Because they’re thinking that you will.

Lastly, the good Colonel notwithstanding, in my opinion there’s no need for the Judge to step aside, because from what I have seen there is not one iota of evidence that he has done anything wrong.  All we have heard are nothing more than unsubstantiated rumors and innuendo started by a rag of newspaper.  Meanwhile, there is plenty of evidence that Judge Moore is a decent, honorable man and a perfect gentleman.  He will be a splendid Senator who will represent the interests of the people of Alabama.  The question is why are Republicans, like Thune and Portman, to name just a couple, so anxious to hand over this longtime Republican seat to an ultra-liberal Democrat?

RINOs 13

Yes, it’s once again that we have yet another reason to thank the people of Kentucky for their willingness to send back to the Senate someone who, together with Paul Ryan, is one of the most useless assholes, politically speaking, on the planet.  Because instead of assisting in the defense of one of our Republican candidates against what are, most assuredly, nothing more than scurrilous accusations, what do we see old McConnell trying to do?  Nothing more than to try to exact a little revenge by torpedoing the man who defeated the candidate he endorsed in the primary.

It would seem that in his rush to judgement, McConnell has assembled a few of those usual suspects, his fellow RINOs, one of which is John McCain, of all people, and announced that if allegations of misconduct are true, Alabama Senate Republican candidate Judge Roy Moore should drop out of the race.  Well duh, but it would seem that McConnell and his buddy, braindead McCain, are unwilling to wait to see if they’re true as they are already calling for the Judge to step aside.  Might that be because the Judge would be someone unwilling to go along with the RINOs, if elected?

Anyway, as most should already know, the rag known as ‘The Washington Post’ released a story earlier this week alleging that Judge Moore initiated a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old girl when he was 32, as well as other cases of sexual misconduct.  In a written statement, Moore denied those allegations.  That statement said in part: “These allegations are completely false and are a desperate political attack by the National Democrat Party and the Washington Post on this campaign.”  While this smear is so completely transparent, it should not have been unexpected.

But the Judge’s statement apparently wasn’t sufficient for McConnell and his band of RINOs.  McConnell said, “If these allegations are true, he must step aside.”  And of course right behind him was fellow RINO Jeff Flake, who stated, “If there is any shred of truth to the allegations against Roy Moore, he should step aside immediately.”  And yet another longtime RINO, Susan Collins, said, “If there is any truth at all to these horrific allegations, Roy Moore should immediately step aside as a Senate candidate.”  These clowns would like nothing better than for the Democrat to win this election.

And joining in the chorus we have other RINOs now crawling out from under their individual rocks to join in the slandering of Judge Moore.  It was none other than Lisa Murkowski who went so far as to say, “I’m horrified and if this is true he needs to step down immediately.”  Murkowski also said that she has already spoken to Luther Strange about becoming a write-in challenger to oppose Moore in the December 12 election.  RINO Rob Portman said, “It was very troubling … if what we read is true and people are on the record so I assume it is,” adding that “Moore should step aside.”

And then we have he who is perhaps the biggest fraud of all, John McCain, who tweeted on Thursday, “The allegations against Roy Moore are deeply disturbing and disqualifying. He should immediately step aside and allow the people of Alabama to elect a candidate they can be proud of.”  A candidate we can be proud of?  Like we’re all so proud of you, you lying sack of shit?  Over the years McCain has become little more than a sick joke, and to be honest, I am literally counting the days until I see the headline track across the bottom of my television screen that he is finally dead.

I’ve always been told that you can judge a man by the caliber of his enemies.  And if we take a closer look at those now calling for Judge Moore to abandon this Senate race, it’s a rather unscrupulous and rancid bunch that we come up with.  McConnell, Flake, Collins, Murkowski, Portman and McCain, RINOs all.  Not a true conservative in the bunch and yet we’re just supposed to follow the recommendation of these swamp creatures, that Judge Moore needs to now throw in the towel?  Really? There is absolutely nothing about that that would make any amount of sense.  Nothing!

Oh, and we can now add another name to our list of RINOs calling for the Judge to step aside.  That would be none other than failed RINO candidate for president, Mitt Romney, who’s quite willing to take part in this slandering of Judge Moore, where the accused is put in the impossible position of trying to prove a negative.  I’m ashamed I ever voted for Romney, or McCain.  Of course our ‘Establishment’ RINOs want Moore to step aside.  If they can’t beat conservatives in the primary elections, then they will do whatever they feel needs to be done in order to maintain their control of the GOP.

Look, I think it’s pretty clear what’s really underway here, and it’s nothing more than a coordinated, and even quite possibly a preemptive, strike against Judge Moore because he dared to run against McConnell’s handpicked candidate, Luther Strange, in the primary run-off back in September and was able to defeat him, and pretty handily so.  Judge Moore’s campaign said in a subsequent statement that if the allegations were true, they would have surfaced during his previous campaigns.  And he added, “This garbage is the very definition of fake news.”  And on that point I would agree!

It would seem that there is now no level to which our RINOs in Congress will not sink in their effort not only to sabotage the Trump Presidency, but to also ensure that come 2018 they will be able to willingly hand over control of Congress to the Democrats.  Which I can only assume must now be their ‘Priority One’.  Because our Republicans in Congress, who have been handed control of both houses, have once again chosen to squander yet another opportunity handed to them by the people.  And what have the people gotten in return?  Nothing, they’ve just gotten SCREWED!

This is a perfect example of just how little these ‘Establishment’ politicians care about the forgotten men and women of this country.  And quite frankly it doesn’t matter if they have a ‘D’ or an ‘R’ after their names because they’re all from ‘The Swamp.’  The attacks on Moore are obviously politically motivated since there haven’t been any past allegations until after he’d won the primary.  It’s no surprise that McConnell and the other usual RINO suspects are piling on the Judge.  After all, behaving as they now are is much easier than doing what they were elected to do.

Republican voters must fully prepare themselves for the attacks that will surely be coming not only from the Democrats, but also those we now know will be coming from those within our own party.  As 2018 creeps closer it will be all manner of “accusers” that will be crawling out of the woodwork.  It’s all the RINOs and their Democrat compatriots have left.  It’s in this latest scam that we have to hope Alabama voters will see through the timing of these false accusations.  Such tactics didn’t work against Trump, nor will fake ‘Weinstein-like’ accusations work against the Judge.

The RINO’s involved in this little charade are easily as corrupt as the Democrats.  They all need to be gotten rid of.  I’m sure that they’re hoping to convince the good people of Alabama, or at least enough of them, not to vote for Judge Moore.  They figure the voters in Alabama are too stupid see what it is that they are actually up to.  I only ask the voters not to allow themselves to be fooled by what is so very obviously a politically motivated hit job.  And the RINOs should not be allowed to get away with it!  Voters must stand strong against this blatant attempt to influence an election.

And besides, if the Judge steps aside it will only serve to encourage these RINOs, and their Democrat allies, to dig up even more supposed victims to accuse every conservative candidate of this crap, all in their effort to maintain their status quo.  So there’s really only one of two ways to go on this.  You can either wilt under what are clearly false accusations, or you stand and fight fire with fire.  Personally, I’m for fighting fire with fire.  Because that’s really all these ‘swamp’ creatures understand.  They’re far more concerned about winning at any cost, because they can’t win on the issues.

RINOs 05

As I have said before, it’s these days that I watch very little ‘Fox News’ but, having said that, I did recently catch wind of something that was said by one of the hosts of a new program on that network, one which I am very much in agreement with.  This new program is called “The Fox News Specialists”, and the host to whom I am referring is Eric Bolling.  And it was his statement calling out those who are opposing President Trump and his agenda that I very much agree with.  These individuals who like to refer to themselves as being ‘conservative’ but are, in realty, nothing of the sort.

Bolling pointed out how RINO Sen. Jeff Flake – who is up for reelection in 2018 – is now busy writing an anti-Trump book.  And he noted that Flake’s fellow RINO, Arizona senator John McCain, has also been very outspoken in his criticism of the president.  Bolling also pointed out how RINO Sen. Lindsay Graham is delivering his own brand of Russia-related “anti-Trump venom,” adding that Graham is up for reelection in 2020.  The focus of the 2018 election and every election thereafter must be to replace as many of these RINOs as possible with those who ‘are’ conservative.

Bolling said that attacking Trump might not be the best campaign strategy, because once you get out of the swamps of Washington, D.C. and New York City, you see that the American people love Trump.  Bolling said, “The DOW is 22,000, a record 153 million Americans are employed, Neil Gorsuch is on the high court and illegal immigration is falling like a rock.”  And added, “Tough to run against that.”  He said that “real conservatives” want the country to prosper, while many ‘Establishment Republicans’ egos are too bloated to admit the president is succeeding.

He suggested that the Republican Party might be better off without these “bad hombres,” and it might be time to “repeal and replace” them in Congress.  Bolling concluded, “Let’s make RINOs an endangered political species.”  And I could not agree more.  The focus, at least for those on the right, should be to act as that last line of defense between ‘The Establishment’, both right and left, as they do all that they can to prevent President Trump from doing those things that got him elected.  Our response MUST NOT be to elect more Democrats, but to elect MORE conservatives!

Sadly, our current batch of congressional Republicans are creating the impression that they have absolutely no idea how to govern.  And by doing so they are placing in jeopardy why we elected President Trump.  And it would seem that party unity is a concept that is completely foreign to them.  They are obsessed with getting favorable press, getting re-elected, enjoying their perks, and maintaining their ‘gentlemen’ status.  They pay more attention to RINO elites than they do to the people.  Republicans have apparently not gotten the message from the people who are really pissed off at Washington.

And let me make something very clear here, unless they make some rather significant changes in how they conduct the peoples’ business, I worry that this could very well be their last chance to govern for decades.  And while many Americans are saying that now may be the time for an Independent Party, one that is built on protecting the Constitution and providing for our national defense, I would argue that what we need to do instead is to use the leftists as our example and seize control the Republican Party in the same way that the left has now seized control of the Democrat Party.

Because even after the voters delivered the House in 2010 and 2012, the Senate 2014 and the White House in 2016, all of which the Republicans said they needed in order for them to make the changes demanded by the people, they have still refused to act.  Therefore the time has come for President Trump to begin to call these RINOs out by name.  He needs to go directly to the people and point out in very clear terms just how it is that these RINOs are now working arm in arm with the Democrats in the continuing attempt to prevent him from doing what we, the American people, elected him to do.

And the RINOs had better listen to the people or they will soon be made to become extinct.  With all things considered I feel that President Trump is doing a good job.  All Republicans in Congress have a choice to make, support the president or be replaced with someone who will.  Come 2018 we the voters must get rid of as many Democrats and RINOs as we can.  We must act on our disgust with Washington as we did when we picked as our leader a man from outside the beltway and tasked him with draining ‘The Swamp.’  He can’t be stopped if the American people are behind him.

Frankly at this point I’m not sure if there is anything I can say that would prevent what seems to be a growing number of my fellow conservatives from simply giving up on the Republican Party.  I would only ask that they reconsider and, if their district or state is currently sending a Democrat or RINO off to Washington, become a recruiter, or sorts, to convince potential conservative candidates to run against those currently in office.  We the People do still control our own fate, but if we are to have any chance of succeeding, we must get off the bench and onto the field.

Call me naïve, but we can’t afford to simply throw up our hands and complain about how many times we’ve been lied to by those who have told us that they believe as we do, only to find out later that they don’t.  What we must do is replace them with someone else, and if that proves too, to have been a mistake then we try again.  What we must NEVER do is surrender to those on the left, because that is exactly what they want us to do.  And who knows, in the end the left may still come to win but we must do all that we can to make them know that they have been in a fight!

RINOs 16

After years of promising us that they would bring an end to one of most horrendous pieces of legislation ever to be forced upon the American people, and one that was ‘passed’ in the dark of night and by using some of most devious political tactics imaginable, we’re now finding out that many of those promises were made with there being no intention of them being kept.  Now I suppose we should have known all along that they were never serious about repealing Obamacare, and maybe we bear some of the responsibility for this current debacle because we believed them.  But that does little to alter the fact that Obamacare has cause far more damage than any benefit that it may have provided.  And I realize that there are many who are ready to throw in the towel when it comes to voting for Republicans ever again.  I would only ask that they resist from throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

So we know that Mitch McConnell failed to garner the support needed to pass the motion to proceed on the watered-down version of the Obamacare repeal bill just after 1:30 a.m. Friday morning.  The attempt failed because three RINOs, John McCain, Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins, opted to identify as Democrats, joining with the other 48 Democrats in voting against the measure.  While the failure to get the necessary votes comes as yet another blow to McConnell, it once again demonstrates very clearly that he lacks any real leadership ability.  We’re told that he struggled for months to get members of his party to come to a consensus on replacement language.  But is that the action of a true leader?  And after months of negotiations, Republican lawmakers were unable to come to a consensus on key provisions, including how to handle cuts to Medicaid in expansion states and whether they should defund Planned Parenthood.

And what does it say about these three RINOs when you have someone like Chuckie Schumer heaping praise on them for their votes against the ‘skinny’ Obamacare repeal.  Chuckie said that he and McCain “have been friends for a very long time, ever since the Gang of Eight, which we put together. And I have not seen a senator who speaks truth to power as strongly, as well, and as frequently as John McCain. The very same courage he showed as a Naval Aviator in Vietnam, he showed last night, and has shown time and time again.”  He added, “And certainly not to be forgotten, of equal praise, are Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski. They were amazing. And, women are, in so many instances, stronger than men. They brag less about it, but they are. And last night sort of proved that. And as somebody who is in a family of strong women, I very much appreciate their strength, their courage, and their dedication to principle, despite the entreaties.”  Gag me with a spoon!

The so-called “skinny repeal”, which was aimed at repealing the aspects of Obamacare that all factions of the conference agreed upon while leaving large portions intact — was a last-ditch effort by leadership hoping to use the bill as a vehicle to conference with the lower chamber.  Despite McConnell having long been lauded as being some sort of a legislative wizard, his powers of persuasion fell far short with this trio of his fellow RINOs, all of whom have been quite vocal about their issues with the process and bill text.  And sadly we’re saddled with both Collins and Murkowski until 2020 upon which time we will hopefully be able to get rid of both of them, McCain we will likely be losing before the end of the year, which still provides him with more than enough time to wreak much more havoc in his effort to cause trouble for President Trump.  McCain is another one of those who would rather side with Democrats than see Trump achieve any level of success.

It became evident around midnight, as the vote continued to be delayed, that leadership was struggling to convince hesitant members to get onboard.  While an increasingly-frustrated looking McConnell and Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn, another RINO, huddled on the floor, Vice President Mike Pence partook in a lengthy discussion with McCain on the chamber floor in an attempt to coax the Arizona RINO to vote for the measure.  And while this may sound cold to some, hopefully at some point in the not too distant future the governor of Arizona will have the opportunity to appointment a replacement for McCain, one who will be more of a conservative and less of a RINO than McCain has been for some time now.  It’s too bad that such an opportunity had not yet presented itself.  McCain and his trusty sidekick from South Carolina, Lindsey Graham, have long been more of a roadblock to President Trump than they ever were for now ex-president Obummer.

Anyway, following its failure, McConnell expressed his disappointment on their failure to deliver on one of their top campaign promises.  Disappointment?  How does this vote in any way impact his ability to get quality and affordable health coverage?  In no way at all.  McConnell said, “From skyrocketing costs to plummeting choices and collapsing markets, our constituents have suffered through an awful lot under Obamacare. We thought they deserved better.”  And he went on to say, “It’s why I, and many of my colleagues, did as we promised and voted to repeal this failed law. We told our constituents we would vote that way. When the moment came, most of us did. We kept our commitments.”  ‘RINO’ McCain, who flew in from Arizona after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer earlier this week — told reporters, “I thought it was the right vote,” while exiting the Capitol.

And while I agree, to a certain extent, that electing Republicans to a majority in the House, then a majority in the Senate, and then the White House has not produced the outcome we had hoped for, I place a majority of the blame for this fiasco on RINOs like McCain who effectively stabbed every former supporter in the back as he again proved why he’s the Democrat’s favorite Republican.  This is just another example of the treachery committed by RINOs in ‘The Swamp’.  This should not be about Trump, which is what the RINOs and their Democrat friends are desperate to make it about.  What it needs to be about is the working middle class which can no longer afford healthcare and who are essentially being held hostage by the insurance companies and states that have only one insurance provider.  Obamacare has relied on government subsidies to make up for losses incurred by insurance companies, $669 Billion in 2016 alone. It’s not self-supporting.

All of these pathetic RINOs are nothing more than #NeverTrumpsters who clandestinely opposed the candidate of their party in favor of Hitlery.  And make no mistake, there are more than a few #NeverTrumpsters in Congress and oddly enough they have come to believe that their sole purpose is to bring to a screeching halt anything that President Trump wants to accomplish, including the Republican promised “repeal and replace”, which, as it turns out, was for seven long years nothing more than a scam to get votes.  And frankly, I find it rather sad that they seem to hate President Trump more than they love America and that they seem to care very little about their constituents.  Letting Obamacare implode on its own is nothing short of criminal, as  it punishes the working and middle classes the most.  Two groups that the RINOs hate for no other reason than because they chose to support Trump over Hitlery, the candidate they favored.

Sadly, the current crop of Republican leaders seem totally incapable of governing.  They are ‘SUPPOSED’ to be the party of smaller government.  And as such they are supposed to view the government as being the problem and never part of the solution.  They would NEVER even attempt to pass a healthcare bill because their ideology tells them that the government should not have any role in healthcare, it should be something handled entirely by the private sector.  However, this has not been the approach of our current governing party.  What this country needs in order to get headed back in to right direction is strong conservative leadership from those who are not afraid to be called ‘conservative’.  Democrats/Liberals/Progressives or whatever they may wish to call themselves must be relegated to permanent minority status and never again be allowed to achieve numbers that would allow them to gain any significant amount of political power.

Both McConnell in the Senate and Ryan in the House publicly act as if they are supporting President Trump, but behind the scenes they have both been working to undermine him practically since the day he threw his hat into the ring.  They both have spent far too many years up to their necks in ‘The Swamp’ and long ago ceased being part of any solution that would get this country back on the right track.  And I can’t be the only one who has ever wondered why it is that there is never a Democrat who dares to break ranks with his, or her, party on crucial votes, but we can always count on there being more than a few of these RINOs who are willing to stick a knife into the back of their president.  RINOs like McCain, Murkowski, and Collins deserve the Arlen Specter award for treachery.  Perhaps they could follow his example by switching parties and then dying.  But then, I suppose that’s just too much to wish for.

President Trump is a street fighter, and that was exactly what was needed in order to beat the corrupt Democrat machine, and it’s STILL what’s needed to clean house in our corrupt government.  You can’t hire a Boy Scout to deal with a John Gotti.  You gotta get someone that CAN deal with a John Gotti.  And Trump is no less honorable than the people calling him dishonorable, and those who insist upon trying to use prior administrations as a gage for his, are wasting their time.  President Trump is honest enough to let people know what he’s thinking, compared to those professional politicians who stick to messages scripted by focus-group analytics and advisors.  Trump supporters get it, those that have decided to hate Trump whatever he does either don’t get it or don’t want to get it.  I could do some complaining about Trump, but I wouldn’t do it while others are senselessly attacking him from every direction, and for the most inane reasons imaginable.

So far, I haven’t seen President Trump do anything that’s particularly worthy of negative criticism.  The economy’s doing reasonably well, the U.S. hasn’t experienced the refugee/terrorist nonsense that’s plaguing Europe, illegal immigration is WAY down, and there are other things which are genuine accomplishments, such as exposing those in the state-controlled media as frauds, exposing Democrats as frauds and criminals, and now exposing Republicans as being nothing but Democrat enablers, allowing themselves to be willingly pushed around by a party that has control of absolutely NOTHING.  The FACT is that the sort of “honorable,” polite person you’re thinking of would have accomplished NONE of that, and we’d still be totally ignorant about the criminal conduct of the “intelligence community” and the FBI which is now only slowly coming to light.

And on a final note, I just want to say that no matter how pissed off I know we all are right now, at many of our Republican members of Congress, the last thing we should be contemplating, and I mean the VERY last thing, is doing anything that will result in allowing the Democrats to win even one seat in the 2018 midterm elections.  What we actually need, come 2018, is a conservative revolution.  We must never allow the Democrats, or their RINO colleagues, to convince us to surrender.  We must vote for those under the Republican banner, and if those we elect to Congress refuse to fight for us then we must also replace them with someone who will.  Democrats must NEVER again be allowed to achieve any level of political power.  That, no doubt, would bring about the end of this great nation, and that is simply not acceptable.  So put aside the anger and frustration and focus.  Focus on electing only those who will make the people, and the country the priority.  Not themselves.
