STEPHEN MOORE’S NOMINATION SUFFERS DEATH BY ‘RINO’…

S. Moore

It was on March 22 that President Trump nominated noted economist Stephen Moore to serve on the Board of the Federal Reserve.  Mr. Moore has a distinguished career in leadership roles at both Heritage and The Wall Street Journal and is a founder at the Club for Growth.  Moore was an early Trump campaign supporter and wrote the book Trumponomics.  But Mr. Moore was to become yet another casualty in the ongoing war against President Trump, another example of collateral damage, with the country again coming out the loser because of the hatred being directed at our president.

The Democrats, along with more than a few RINOs, and members of the Deep State apparatus, did not want Mr. Moore on the board of the Federal Reserve despite Moore being a perfect pick for the job.  And so it was shortly after his being nominated that an coordinated attack was begun not only against the nominee but also against his family, in an effort to ‘convince’ Mr. Moore that he should withdraw his name from nomination.  So once again, for these America-haters, it was mission accomplished when on Thursday Moore withdrew his nomination for the Federal Reserve Board.

And at least some of the blame can be traced directly to a few RINO Senators, namely Joni Ernst, Shelley Moore Capito, Lisa Murkowsky and of course the ever-reliable NeverTrumper Mitt Romney (the new Jeff Flake) all of whom expressed reservations this week, and in so doing this cadre of RINOs effectively killed Moore’s nomination. These RINOs turncoats voiced their supposed concern over Moore’s nomination because of comments he made nearly 20 years ago about women earning as much as men in fields like women’s sports.  Comments that were purely satirical in nature!

And so instead of debating economic policy Moore ended up being forced to answer to criticism over columns written in the early 2000s that were supposed to be off-handed satire in which he suggested that women should get out of college sports.  It was 17 years ago, or in 2002 to make simple for liberals to figure out, that Moore wrote of college sports, “Here’s the rule change I propose: No more women refs, no women announcers, no women beer vendors, no women anything.”  So now apparently even those things said in jest are now to be considered as disqualifying?  Really?

And it was last Sunday, on ABC’s This Week, that Moore was “apologetic” over the old columns.  Moore told former Clinton hack, and now faux journalist, George ‘Stephy’ Stephanopoulos that, “They were humor columns, but some of them weren’t funny, and so I am apologetic. I’m embarrassed by some of those things I wrote.”  But Moore also noted that he thought the attack was a distraction from his qualifications on economic matters. He said, “I’ll debate anybody on economics… Let’s make this about the economy.”  Nope can’t do that, that wouldn’t accomplish the necessary end goal.

And so Mr. Moore ends up being yet another casualty in what continues to be ‘The Swamp’s’ successful campaign in demonizing anyone who dares to associate with President Trump.  Mr. Moore was a great pick and I am sorry he didn’t make it through the gauntlet. The press in this country is supposed to hold both sides accountable, but instead they choose sides, and act as the enemy of the people.  And it doesn’t help when we have members of the president’s own party who, very willingly, continue to side with the enemy.  These RINOs are to be considered nothing less than traitors!

Romney, of course, is a ‘bought and paid for’ hack of the Deep State, he reeks of corruption.  Perhaps ‘The Swamp’ has promised to back Romney in yet another presidential run.  But I’ve got news for ‘The Swamp,’ Romney had his chance, two of them, there is no way he could ever be elected president.  And if he keeps it up, hopefully the good people of Utah will have had enough and not re-elect him in 2024. But until then, Romney will continue to be a thorn in America’s side. My wish is that something will eventually come out, and fairly soon, that will force him to resign.

America needs to wake up, and wake up soon.  We are now so close to losing this country, and it’s President Trump who is essentially our last, best chance of preventing that from happening.  We have been pawns and tools of our government for the last 50+ years, and it is this president who is trying to bring back the government our forefathers had intended.  This kind of retroactive punishment over something that was once considered funny, even culturally acceptable, has got to end.  Making mistakes is human and it’s learning from them that’s most important.

So another fine man has now been forced from the game because of something that occurred 15+ years ago.  In this case it was satirical articles Mr. Moore had written that apparently no one had a problem with at the time.  So commonsense would seem to say that that is the context in which they should now be viewed and not through the lens of some faux outrage over some perceived social injustice.  But sadly we are now in an age where there is nothing that Democrats will not do to drive out ANY candidate nominated by this president.  And if they don’t, RINOs like Romney will.

And lastly, while I can certainly understand why Mr. Moore did what he did, and can’t fault him for doing so, what he’s done is to further encourage this sort of behavior that we’re seeing more and more of under this president. Because candidate Trump was not supposed to win, his presidency continues to be seen by the opposition, on both sides of the aisle, as being illegitimate.  Perhaps had Mr. Moore taken a tougher stance against those who are nothing more than bullies, the outcome might have been different.  But as I said, I am not in his shoes, and can, therefore, place no blame.

JEFF FLAKE, SOME THINGS JUST NEVER CHANGE…

Flake 13

Jeff Flake, ex-Republican Senator and well-known ‘Snowflake’, has never been shy when it comes to demonstrating his hatred for our current president, Donald Trump.  I had hoped, after he essentially took the coward’s way out by choosing not to run for re-election, that he would have simply gone away quietly, never to be seen or heard from again. But unfortunately, such was just not the case.  After his 16 year stint in Congress he went on to get hired at as a ‘political commentator’ on the Communist Broadcasting System (CBS).  In his latest bit of treachery he said he’d rather toss the 2020 presidential win to a Democrat rather than let Trump see a second term.

It was at the Intelligence Squared debate in New York on Thursday, Flake delivered a rather scathing rebuke of the president. And it was moderator John Donvan who asked Flake, “Are you willing to lose a cycle for the Republican Party because of the principles that you’re arguing?” Flake responded saying, “Oh yes, yes.”  And when asked what should happen if Trump is the Republican nominee, Flake said, “You sacrifice a generation, and you think, ‘Man, we might get some policy goals in the next year or two.’”  Flake said, “Look at the long term. Look at the long term, at what you’re doing for the party, because people don’t want to be associated with it.”

Flake went on to say, “It’s not to say that we want the Democrat elected, I’d like another Republican elected. But if we continue and go with President Trump, I think, that Republican principles, conservative principles will be damaged more in the long run by having President Trump with a second term than they would by limiting him to a first term.”  New York Times columnist Bret Stephens also joined Flake on the idea of not wanting Trump as the Republican nominee in 2020.  And Flake in demonstrating just how politically corrupt he is, also rebuked the idea that President Trump is the only Republican candidate that can garner the votes, calling it a “fallacy.”

Flake said. “We would certainly like it to be a Republican.”  And he said, “And this notion — this narrative that’s been built up, that Donald Trump is the only one that can cobble together the Electoral College and win is just a fallacy.”  Just who else is it that this boob thinks would be able to convince conservatives, who have spent decades getting stabbed in the back by politicians like himself, to vote for those that he would likely want to see run instead of the president?  I’m sure it’s wimps like Jeb Bush, ‘Crazy Uncle’ John Kasich or any number of other RINO ‘Establishment’ types that would meet with Flake’s approval and would undoubtedly go down in flames.

As for the 2020 presidential election, there is now a rather long list of less than impressive Democrat contenders all vying to take on President Trump, and all of whom seem to be doing very little to differentiate themselves from one another. They spew pretty much the same talking points about how President Trump somehow colluded with the Russians in 2016, despite the Mueller report that made very clear that no such collusion took place and continue to call him the same old, tired names.  Several of their campaign websites make it hard for voters to understand what the candidates’ positions are on important issues because they lack actual issues pages.

As for President Trump, he’s been busy setting himself apart from other candidates since his 2016 election, especially with his “Promises Kept” section of his campaign website.  And yet it would apparently be any of these Democrats that Flake would now rather see as president than President Trump.  I’m not really sure anymore what it is that motivates Flake.  What is it that President Trump has done that Flake thinks makes him unfit for office.  Is it the fact that manufacturing jobs are returning, or is it that black unemployment is now at its lowest point in history, or is it that we have a sustained economic recovery underway?  Which is it Jeff, I’d really like to know!

THE RINO SABOTEURS CONTINUE THEIR ASSAULT AGAINST JUDGE MOORE…

RINOs 05

What is it about our current cadre of congressional RINOs that has them so afraid of one guy down in Alabama?  Because even as the accusations being made against Judge Moore continue to unravel, it would seem that the number of RINOs who have become increasingly fearful of a Moore victory, and therefore more determined than ever in their effort to convince the Judge that he needs to step aside not only for the good of the party, but the good of the country, continues to grow.  And yet, we hear nary a word about the Democrat of whom we have pictures while groping a sleeping female.  Our RINOs seem to have no problem with the true perverts among them.

And again just this past weekend it was RINO John Thune, Senator from South Dakota, appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” who said he would like to see President Trump ask Alabama GOP Senate hopeful Roy Moore to step aside.  Thune said, “I would like to see the president come out and support what many of us have said and that is that Roy Moore needs to step aside, allow somebody else to be write in candidate. We can win that seat.”  He continued, “If Roy Moore wins and he comes into the Senate in January there will immediately be an ethics investigation which is going to be a cloud that he will be operating in. It’s going to be a distraction to us and our agenda.”

Meanwhile, also on Sunday, it was during an appearance on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” that Thune’s fellow RINO, and a guy who’s just as much of a Moore opponent as is Thune, Sen. Rob Portman, from Ohio, said it “would be better for the country” if Alabama GOP Senate hopeful Roy Moore stepped aside.  Better for the country?  And it was the host of this ‘fake news’ show, the esteemed bonehead Chuck Todd, who proceeded to ask Portman, “Do you agree with the president that it is better if Alabamians elect someone accused of being a child molester over a democratic simply due to ideology?”  Nope, no bias here, let’s just move along to the lynching.

Portman responded, “Well, I stand with what I said earlier which is I think it would be best if he stepped aside. I think the president said that initially. I think that would be better for the country. The election is in a few weeks and there is a possibility for folks to do write in candidates. We will see. I think it would be best if he stepped aside.”  Todd asked, “If you were a voter in Alabama what would you do? Jeff Flake said he would vote Democrat if Roy Moore was the only other option?  And Portman agreed with his fellow RINO soon to be ex-Senator Jeff Flake, saying, “I would probably vote for a Republican but it wouldn’t be Roy Moore.”

And it was then that Todd went on to ask, “You would cast that vote knowing it probably throws the election, the more Republicans that split their vote. You are okay if a Democrat gets elected as long as it is not Roy Moore?”  And Portman said, “As you know I endorsed Luther Strange. He is my colleague now. I never endorsed Roy Moore. When the allegations came out I did say as the women went on the record I thought there was a lot of credibility in what they were saying and I didn’t find the response very credible. And that’s how I came up with my position.”  I smell fear coming from the RINO’s because they know ‘Senator’ Moore represents a serious threat to them.

Yet rumor now has it that this next election will result in what is already being described by some as a tidal wave of Democrat gains.  And if that truly does turn out to be the case, then I can only assume that the American voter is a dumber breed than even I thought.  What the game plan should be, and what it truly needs to be, is to make 2018 the year when we finally make RINOs extinct.  And certainly not by electing Democrats!  Our primary focus needs to be on wiping out Rinosaurs like Corker, Flake, and any other who doesn’t want to be embarrassed by getting defeated in a primary.  We MUST NEVER again elect another RINO or Democrat to higher office!

Because when you vote for a RINO you might as well be voting for a Democrat.  And that’s exactly why we need to primary every single RINO we can.  We need to gut the McConnell forces that seek nothing more than to drag our country to the left, albeit at a slower pace than the Democrats.  The sooner all of the McConnell supporters are voted out, the sooner we can get a real leader in charge, one whose priorities match up much better with the priorities of the American people.  Every RINO, regardless of whether they are in the House or the Senate, needs to be targeted for defeat until we are finally able to make sure that the entire species is made to be forever extinct.

Do nothing professional politicians in the Republican Senate like Thune and Portman are fearful that a man of principle, like Judge Moore, might be crashing into their exclusive little club.  The wretched RINOs squandered landslide Republican victories with their timid hearts and lack of spine.  Thune, McConnell, and the untrustworthy establishment have done great damage to America.  What’s always amazing is that once these tools as elected they immediately become experts. You name it and they’re an expert and they always know better about how you should think.  I wish they would all have a shelf life of one term and then automatically become extinct.

Democrats always love to put forward the claim that they are guardians of middle class Americans and yet the only ones they seem to go out of their way for are those who wish to come to this country illegally and once here seek to stay here, or those who can’t decide what gender they want to be.  When you vote Democrat you vote for the end of our Constitution.  But no big deal, right?  It only happens to be the one document that separates America from every other country on the planet in that it actually guarantees to us those certain unalienable Rights endowed upon us by our Creator.  Something never before achieved throughout the history of mankind.

And now we’re hearing about what I can only assume is yet another last ditch attempt to sabotage Judge Moore and to hand the Alabama election to ultra-liberal, Doug Jones.  And it comes to us in the person of retired Marine Col. Lee Busby, who told The Daily Beast, “I just don’t believe that either one of them are qualified to be in the U.S. Senate.”  He cites the sexual allegations against Moore as having “created enough distaste in my mind” to rule out support for the Republican nominee.  And he lists Democrat candidate Jones’ extreme abortion positions as disqualifying for Alabama voters.  Yet oddly enough, he does admit to attending a fundraiser for Jones.

Apparently, since retiring, Busby has been the CEO of his own business and worked as a defense consultant and investment banker.  And besides attending a Jones fundraiser, he also voted for Ohio governor, and vocal NeverTrumper, John Kasich in 2016.  If there is one thing that’s 100% guaranteed in this scenario, it’s that McConnell is behind the Colonel’s entering the race.  The RINOs depend on Moore’s not being elected, and McConnell will do whatever is necessary, including the election of a Democrat, to make certain that Moore loses.  And all I can say is that if you are an Alabama voter, please don’t fall for this crap!  Because they’re thinking that you will.

Lastly, the good Colonel notwithstanding, in my opinion there’s no need for the Judge to step aside, because from what I have seen there is not one iota of evidence that he has done anything wrong.  All we have heard are nothing more than unsubstantiated rumors and innuendo started by a rag of newspaper.  Meanwhile, there is plenty of evidence that Judge Moore is a decent, honorable man and a perfect gentleman.  He will be a splendid Senator who will represent the interests of the people of Alabama.  The question is why are Republicans, like Thune and Portman, to name just a couple, so anxious to hand over this longtime Republican seat to an ultra-liberal Democrat?

MORE BULLSHIT FROM BOEHNER, VOL. II…

221

It was during his press conference yesterday that our esteemed Speaker of House, John ‘Boner’, actually refused to say whether or not the Republican-majority House will allow federal funding of Planned Parenthood in fiscal 2016, which starts on Oct. 1.  So I’ve got ask you, just what good is this guy?  ‘Boner’ was asked: “By September 30, the House needs to pass a bill to fund HHS for fiscal year 2016. Will that law–whether it’s a stand-alone appropriations or a CR–fund Planned Parenthood?”  To which he responded, “Listen, the Planned Parenthood issue is under review of two of our committees.”  So is the fact that this barbaric activity is now under review by two committees supposed to make me feel better?

‘Boner’ continued by saying, “Listen, I’ve seen these two videos.”  And he went on to say, “They’re gruesome, and I think they’re awful,” in reference to two undercover videos released by the Center for Medical Progress that appear to show Planned Parenthood officials negotiating over the transfer of tissue and organs from aborted babies.  He went on to say, “That’s why the Energy and Commerce Committee and the Judiciary Committee are doing an investigation.” He would go on to add, “I expect we will have hearings, and the more we learn, the more it will educate our decisions in the future.”  Ok, so what else needs to be learned?  I’ve seen the videos, they’re pretty self-explanatory.

A moment later during this very same press conference another reporter asked, “Are you going to use the appropriations process to gut Planned Parenthood?”  And ‘Boner’ responded by saying, “There is an investigation under way, and I expect there will be hearings. And as that process develops, we’ll make decisions based on — based on the facts. But let’s get the facts first.”  Get the facts straight?  Is that not the typical kind of response that we have come to expect from this useless shit. All he has to do in order to get his “facts straight” is to watch either of these very disturbing videos.  This should be a cut and dried issue and yet, once again, our gutless Republicans refuse to take any action.

According to its most recent financial report, for 2013-14,  Planned Parenthood received $528.4 Million in government funding (grants and reimbursements) in 2014. In fiscal 2013, the organization performed 327,653 abortions, the report said.  If Congress included language in the law funding HHS, or in a continuing resolution funding numerous government agencies, that prohibited federal funding from going to Planned Parenthood, the administration could not give federal funds to Planned Parenthood.  Ultimately, Planned Parenthood cannot receive federal funding in fiscal 2016 unless the House agrees to allow it.  But it remains uncertain if any such action will ultimately be taken.

Does ‘Boner’ actually think this is why he was handed the largest House majority since before the Great Depression and the presidency of Franklin Roosevelt?  The last time the GOP enjoyed such a majority was the 71st Congress in 1929 and 1930.  And, yet, what has been accomplished?  And while the GOP majority in the Senate may not be veto proof, it is still sizable enough to at least slow Barry’s progress.  And yet nothing has been done thus far that matches any of the many promises that were made during so many 2014 congressional campaigns.  Republicans had but a very short window of opportunity upon taking control, and they have done little more than to very badly squander their time thus far.

Far from making good on any of the promises made throughout the 2014 campaign, promises to expend every effort to put a stop to Barry’s wholesale destruction of this country, Republicans in Congress have tuned out to be some of Barry’s most potent allies.  Over the past few years many have accused Barry of being incompetent, but what he has been is very purposeful.  Meanwhile it has been our Republicans in Congress who can said to be guilty of monumental ineptness, driven, at least in part, by some rather impressive egos.  And so much time has now been wasted that there is likely not enough time left to recover even if that was something being seriously considered.  Which, apparently, it is not!

MORE BULLSHIT FROM BOEHNER…

221

You ever have the feeling that you’re living through what would be a real life version of that Bill Murray movie ‘Ground Hog Day?’  At least as far as our GOP ‘leaders’ in Congress are concerned?  Remember how it was during the lead up to the last election, how we heard all manner of promises being made about how, if we were to hand to the Republicans complete control of Congress, they would then fight Barry tooth and nail and put a halt to his ongoing effort to fundamentally transform our country.  Republicans promised they would put a stop to Obamacare, get a handle on our debt and put an end to Barry’s unlawful actions regarding immigration.  And what happened?  Absolutely nothing!

And so it is that we are now once again hearing much the same nonsense.  We had House Speaker John Boehner who, just yesterday, saying how it is that the chamber’s priorities are “the people’s priorities,” and that lawmakers will continue to fight the recent “bad deal” struck with Iran over its nuclear program.  Continue to fight?  And he went on to say, “Here in the House, the people’s priorities continue to be our priorities.”  And as amazing as it might sound, Boehner was actually able to get through his entire spiel with a straight face.  He actually seems to think that there are still people out here beyond the beltway who will still believe what he has to say.  And there just isn’t anymore, or at least very few.

Boehner went on to say, “And while the president’s Iran deal may have been applauded at the United Nations, I think he faces serious skepticism here at home. Let me just assure you that members of Congress will ask much tougher questions this afternoon when we meet with the president’s team. Because a bad deal threatens the security of the American people — and we’re going to do everything possible to stop it.”   Blah, blah, blah.  Not one word of this drivel is anything that we haven’t heard before and on any number of occasions.  And it has been every single time that Boehner, as well as that other boob McConnell, have been proven to be nothing more than pathetic liars.  They are utterly useless.

Most Republican lawmakers have, or so we have been told, long been opposed to this deal with Iran, which was announced last week.  Congress now has 60 days to review the deal, after which it will vote either for it or against it.  If the latter happens, Barry “Almighty” can veto that rejection, which would then require two-thirds of lawmakers to veto that decision if Congress actually decides to press on.  And while it has been reported that the White House sent Congress a copy of the entire agreement on Sunday, rumor now has it that there were at least a couple ‘secret deals’ that may have been left out of what was sent to Congress.  But that will like matter very little to Democrats as they will likely rally behind Barry.

And Barry was said to have irked more than a few lawmakers this week by choosing to submit the deal to the United Nations, which approved of the deal, before allowing Congress the time to read, vet, and vote on the agreement.  House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul took the criticism a step further, saying he would have liked to see the American people weigh in on the deal before it was placed in front of the United Nations Security Council. The White House responded to the criticisms by saying rejecting the deal would let Iran off “scot-free.”  But rejecting the deal is exactly what needs to be done, but there is very little doubt that there will be more than enough Democrats to support it.

Personally, I no longer trust to be true anything that I hear coming from those who are in positions leadership on the Republican said.  They all lie.  They simply tell us what they think we want to hear and then, with a smile on their face and gleam in their eye, they proceed to stab us in the back, twisting the knife as it goes in.  And I feel very confident in saying that come 2016 they are all in for what will most assuredly be a very rude awakening.  Because, quite frankly, I’m tired of being lied to, and you would think that if the popularity of Trump were to show them anything it’s that we’re no longer going to tolerate the lies.  But nope, judging by recent comments it all seems to be sailing right over their heads.
